Remembrance 2019
We walked to the war memorial on 12th November to pay our respects to our local heroes who sadly did not make it home to their families after the war.
Our visit to the memorial is always a moving one but even more so on this occasion with a rendition of The Last Post played by our pupil Annabel.
TVA Poster Competition Winner
Some of our pupils entered the village poster competition with the theme of 'Keep Thurstonland Tidy'.
The winning entry was from one of our pupils, who was very pleased with her prize! Well Done!
